The NRASD and NACOSA in partnership with the National Department of Social Development is calling for proposals for a Process Evaluation of the OVC programme funded through the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. Programme Evaluation organizations and practitioners with proven experience requisite qualifications in evaluation are invited to submit proposals to conduct this evaluation. The deadline for submission of proposals is 16h00 23 June 2014. A compulsory briefing session will be held on Thursday 12 June from 13h00 – 15h00 at NACOSA in Cape Town.
